Enthroners promote Péter Hanó to defensive coordinator
The Fehérvár Enthroners are continuing to work on their coaching staff. With Peter Hanó, they have now found a new defensive coordinator.
Not an unknown coach for the Enthroners, as the 35-year-old was active as defensive back coach for the team from Hungary last season. He has also coached the VSD Rangers and the Hungarian National Team.
"I am very excited to take on the role of defensive coordinator for the team, and it is a tremendous honor for me to be the first Hungarian to hold this position", says Hanó. He adds: “The opportunity to work with Mark Ridgley is truly special, and I expect it to greatly contribute to our development. This is an incredible professional challenge, and I am confident that I will learn a lot from him.”
The young coach expects a lot from the upcoming season: "In the upcoming season, a completely new and never-before-seen Enthroners team will take the field, and I can’t wait to show what we are capable of. Our goal is to become an even more successful, strong, and unified team!"
This makes Hanó the third coach in a new position at the Enthroners. Earlier, a new head coach, Mark Ridgley, was hired. Raul Saavedra was named the new special teams coordinator and assistant head coach.
