Musketeers are back! Kevin Mwamba signs new contract
Paris Musketeers fans have been waiting a long time to see the franchise's first important contract extension of this offseason. Tight end Kevin Mwamba will also be seen in a Parisian jersey next season.
The 32-year-old is therefore facing his fifth ELF season. From 2021 to 2023, the Frenchman played for Frankfurt Galaxy, with whom he became ELF champion in 2021. In 2024, the experienced player joined the Musketeers. Mwamba has already played a total of 36 ELF games, in which he caught 78 passes for 853 yards and seven touchdowns.
While most of the competitors were already able to fill their squads properly, Musketeers fans had to wait a long time. The only deal so far: the contract extension of former head coach Marc Mattioli, who resigned shortly afterward for personal reasons.
In addition to a missing coaching staff, the Musketeers have numerous free agents on their books. A lot of work awaits the front office. Kevin Mwamba is therefore unlikely to be the only deal in the upcoming weeks.
