Fehérvár Enthroners sign former Division I DB Elijah Moody

In their first season on the highest level of American football in Europe, the Fehérvár Enthroners will step on the field with a former Division I defensive back. University of Nevada defender Elijah Moody will help the Enthroners to compete in the European League of Football next season.

Moody is excited to join the Fehérvár Enthroners in the European League of Football, according to the franchise. “I’m extremely excited to be able to compete with and against such a talented pool of ball players,“ Moody commented, via the Hungarian franchise. “This season is going to be a great chance to show the league and our fans that we are a force to be reckoned with and intend to continue this outstanding win streak and end the year with a championship! I will do everything in my power to ensure my team leaves the field with a victory every week! Can’t wait to buckle up!!! Let’s get it on”
A force to be reckoned with
At 181cm and 80kg, Moody is poised to lead the Enthroners defensively. In his twelve games at Nevada in 2017, the American defensive back recorded at least one tackle in eleven of those games. In that year, Moody even forced two fumbles in one game alone against Air Force.
With a handful of players already signed to the team, the Enthroners look to make a name for themselves in their first season joining the European League of Football!
