Berlin Thunder sign former Leipzig Kings lineman Felix Lepper
Giant, talented offensive lineman Felix Lepper made his debut for the Leipzig Kings last year, now joining the German capital city franchise.
Berlin Thunder signed former Leipzig Kings offensive lineman Felix Lepper for the upcoming European League of Football season. The 2,07 m and 138 kg German is considered one of the biggest talents in the league, earning himself some starts at left tackle for his former team. "Felix fits the exact playerprofile that every coach loves. He has the size and is young and hungry. He already showed good progress last season, and I'm already looking forward tohim taking the next step with us," is offensive coordinator Henry Schlegel quoted.
Lepper made his way from the Göttingen Generals to the Fork Union Military Academy in the USA to the European League of Football.
The just 20-year-old tackle is joined by other talented athletes like Gideon Grabert or Tobias Rodlauer in Berlin. Combining them with veterans and building a solid front might help Berlin Thunder to stay consistent all season - while the offensive line even showed glimpses of dominance last year.
