Wrocław Panthers sign 3x All-Star tight end Adria Botella Moreno

After signing Keanu Ebanks to their roster for 2024, the Panthers have saved themselves another former Musketeer. By signing Adria Botella Moreno, the Wrocław Panthers have signed one of the best tight ends Europe has to offer, getting a three-time All-Star. Botella Moreno was previously active for the Hamburg Sea Devils (2021), Vienna Vikings (2022) and Paris Musketeers (2023), winning the trophy in Austria in 2022.

High hopes in Poland

Botella Moreno: “Everyone knows that the Panthers Wrocław have been one of the best organizations in Europe for years. I believe in Coach Christensen's vision, and I know that together we can take the team to a higher level. I want to be part of this incredible project and help write a new chapter in the Panthers' history. I am deeply impressed by Wrocław; this beautiful city offers numerous opportunities and a high quality of life.”

"Bring the championship to Wrocław"

He joins a team with high ambitions that was able to compete on a much higher level last season, almost reaching the semifinal in 2023.

“The facilities are first class - having everything in the Olympic Stadium allows for maximum utilization of time - here you can train, practice on the field, attend meetings and use the physiotherapy facilities - all in one place. The stadium itself is also remarkable. I can't wait to see the season kick off and see the stands filled with our fans. Dave Christensen and the Panthers are striving to build something extraordinary. Our goal for the 2024 season is clear: we want to bring the championship to Wrocław!” says Adrià Botella Moreno.
