Wright placed on IR – Galaxy sign former NFL WR
Felix Pahl

The Frankfurt Galaxy have been hit with another setback following their Week 6 loss to the Paris Musketeers. American wide receiver Terry Wright, a key part of their offense, sustained an injury during the game and has now been placed on Injured Reserve. This means Wright will be sidelined for at least the next few games.

Next ex-NFL receiver arrives in Frankfurt
In response, the Galaxy have signed American wide receiver Brevin Easton, a former Jacksonville Jaguars player. Easton played his college football at the University at Albany, where he posted an outstanding 2023 season: 57 catches, 1,086 yards, and 13 touchdowns in 15 games.
After going undrafted, Easton joined the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2024 NFL preseason and made an impact with a touchdown catch. Now, he brings his talent and NFL experience to Frankfurt, where he’s expected to fill the gap left by Wright and provide a spark to the Galaxy’s passing game.
With two losses in a row, the Galaxy hope that Easton’s arrival can help them bounce back in Week 7 as they face the red-hot Prague Lions. A win would move Frankfurt to 4–3 and back on track in the playoff race.
