1. Nordic Storm
Previous Rank: 1
Despite their game being postponed, the Nordic Storm remain at the top of the rankings. They’re still the hottest team in the league, and one free weekend doesn’t change that.
2. Vienna Vikings
Previous Rank: 3
The Vienna Vikings won their second “Battle of Austria” this season and continue to look like a team that’s very tough to beat. If they fix the mistakes that let the Raiders close the gap, they could go even further.
3. Paris Musketeers
Previous Rank: 4
The Musketeers climb one spot after a dominant win over the Cologne Centurions. With a convincing victory, Paris proves they’re firmly among the league’s top teams.
4. Rhein Fire
Previous Rank: 5
Rhein Fire seems to have rediscovered their old strength. In their win against Berlin Thunder, they showed how powerful their running game can be, helping them rise in the rankings.
5. Munich Ravens
Previous Rank: 6
The Munich Ravens proved they can beat championship contenders. They avenged their earlier loss to Stuttgart Surge, keeping themselves in a strong position in the playoff race.
6. Stuttgart Surge
Previous Rank: 2
Stuttgart Surge drops down to sixth after a close loss to the Ravens. Although it was a narrow defeat, it’s their second loss this season against a top-five team.
7. Madrid Bravos
Previous Rank: 9
The Bravos continue to show their offensive power, dominating the Hamburg Sea Devils. Their defense also stepped up, reducing earlier concerns about inconsistency.
8. Prague Lions
Previous Rank: 10
The Lions keep writing their Cinderella story with a strong win over the Frankfurt Galaxy. Next up is a huge test against the Vikings.

9. Raiders Tirol
Previous Rank: 8
The Raiders lost again to the Vikings in the “Battle of Austria.” While they improved compared to their previous meeting, it still wasn’t enough for a win.
10. Frankfurt Galaxy
Previous Rank: 7
The Galaxy struggled against the Lions and were overwhelmed by Prague’s nearly perfect offensive game plan. They drop in the rankings as a result.
11. Wroclaw Panthers
Previous Rank: 11
The Panthers narrowly defeated the Enthroners. While it wasn’t their most convincing performance, the win keeps their playoff hopes alive.
12. Hamburg Sea Devils
Previous Rank: 12
The Sea Devils suffered a heavy defeat against the Bravos and looked outmatched on both sides of the ball. They’ll need a better showing against the Nordic Storm in Week 8.
13. Berlin Thunder
Previous Rank: 13
Berlin Thunder also lost big, struggling without quarterback Jakeb Sullivan, which put them in a difficult spot right from the start.
14. Fehérvár Enthroners
Previous Rank: 15
The Enthroners climb back up after showing their best performance of the season against the Panthers. However, they face a tough opponent in Stuttgart Surge in Week 8.
15. Helvetic Mercenaries
Previous Rank: 15
The Mercenaries are undergoing a significant roster rebuild after parting ways with former head coach Marcus Herford. With many new faces, they’re pushing hard to finally secure their first win of the season.
16. Cologne Centurions
Previous Rank: 16
The Centurions suffered a heavy loss against the Musketeers. Although they showed flashes of good play, they couldn’t produce game-changing moments to shift the result in their favor.
With every passing week, the playoff picture becomes clearer, and the stakes get higher. Week 8 promises even more intense battles and potential surprises in the ELF!
