"We must not underestimate Galaxy!"

Rhein Fire against Frankfurt Galaxy - that is a legendary clash. And the reigning champion is looking forward to the game on Sunday (Kickoff 16.25 CET) as the favourite.

Galaxy stands 2-4 after six games. "That's not what we are committed to", says coach Thomas Kösling.

Frankfurt recently conceded their first ever defeat against the Cologne Centurions. "I've never experienced anything like that it in my entire career as a player and coach, we've never been in such a hole," admitted Kösling. "We basically play bad football. We create turnovers, we make too many mistakes - these are things I'm not familiar with," he said, adding: "These crazy things don't happen in training."

Rhein Fire in top form

Rhein Fire, on the other hand, is in top form, welcoming Frankfurt with a 7-1 record. In particular, the running game with MVP candidate Glen Toonga has been outstanding so far. Nevertheless, Head coach Jim Tomsula warns his team of the task ahead: "We must not underestimate the Galaxy under any circumstances."

A great atmosphere will once again be provided by a great crowd. More than 12,000 tickets have already been sold in advance.
