Week 11 of the 2025 European League of Football season brought big changes to the playoff picture. What was already clear after Week 10 - that the Nordic Storm had clinched the North Division - has now been joined by two more champions. With a convincing win over the Fehérvár Enthroners, the Vienna Vikings secured the East Division title, their fourth consecutive division championship. Meanwhile, the Munich Ravens also locked up their South Division crown with a win over the Wroclaw Panthers.

Vienna Vikings: Dominating the East once again

The Vienna Vikings continue to prove why they are one of the most consistent franchises in the league. Their victory over the Enthroners not only solidified their position as East Division champions but also marked their fourth straight division title - a testament to their culture of success.

For head coach Chris Calaycay and his team, however, the work is far from over. The Vikings are now setting their sights on one of the top two playoff seeds, which would secure them a bye to the semifinals and home-field advantage. With a strong roster on both sides of the ball, they are building momentum at exactly the right time.

Munich Ravens soar to the top of the South

In a hard-fought matchup against the Wroclaw Panthers, the Munich Ravens proved why they have been one of the most exciting teams of the season. The win not only clinched the South Division title but also guaranteed the Ravens one of the top four playoff seeds, giving them at least one home game in the postseason.

Quarterback Russell Tabor has been a steady leader for Munich, while the dynamic running game featuring Justin Rodney continues to give opposing defenses headaches. With their division secured, the Ravens can now focus on fine-tuning their game for the playoffs - and possibly chasing one of the top two seeds themselves.

Nordic Storm stay strong in the North

The Nordic Storm clinched the North Division last week and remain a powerhouse in the ELF. Their high-powered offense, led by quarterback Jadrian Clark, and a resilient defense have made them a tough matchup for anyone in the league. Despite a Week 11 loss to the Frankfurt Galaxy, they are still in prime position to claim one of the top seeds.

The playoff picture is coming together

With three divisions now decided, the playoff race is heating up. The Vienna Vikings, Munich Ravens, and Nordic Storm are officially among the top contenders, but several playoff spots are still up for grabs. Teams like Rhein Fire, Stuttgart Surge, and the Paris Musketeers are still battling to secure their positions.

The final weeks of the regular season will be crucial, as teams fight not just for playoff berths, but also for the all-important seeding that could make the difference between an early exit and a deep postseason run.
