This time Frankfurt Galaxy! Keanu Ebanks signs for another ELF season
Keanu Ebanks will wear the Frankfurt Galaxy jersey. The offensive tackle has signed with the German team for two years. Galaxy are therefore strengthening their roster with an experienced player who has already played three seasons in the ELF.
"Frankfurt has been a powerhouse in Europe as long as I've been playing over here", explains Ebanks. He adds: "Now having the chance to join them is incredibly exciting. Every year I have championship aspirations, and we will build towards that every day. I can't wait to be in front of the purple family at the PSD bank."
Sports director Thomas Kösling is also happy about the signing. After all, he was able to add another piece of the puzzle to the team with Ebanks. “We will continue to do everything we can to establish a top offense in Frankfurt. With Keanu Ebanks, we have been able to sign one of the best O-linemen in Europe. We are very excited to see a player like him now in purple,” says Kösling.
Ebanks made his league debut for the Hamburg Sea Devils in 2021. The 30-year-old also played an ELF season with the Paris Musketeers and Wroclaw Panthers. Ebanks began his career at the University of Hull Sharks and also took part in the NFL International Player Pathway Combine in 2019.
Now a new chapter is about to begin. In Frankfurt, he will be part of a new era. Under their new head coach, Bart Andrus Galaxy want to find their old strength.
