Sunday Standout Week 8: Zach Edwards

After another day of exciting football in the ELF, several standout players shined in today's action. Hugo Tekedam, Glen Toogna, and Reilly Hennessey all had phenomenal games for their respective teams. However, the standout of the day goes to Paris Musketeers quarterback Zach 'Magic Man' Edwards.

A Dynamic Dual Threat

Zach Edwards and the Paris Musketeers put on an offensive show tallying 446 yards and 35 points against the stout Berlin Thunder defense. Edwards threw for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns finding five different receivers on the day. The ELF's all-time leading passer showed off his running ability putting up 140 yards and a score, accounting for four of the Musketeer's five touchdowns. While Edwards did throw an interception his ability to control the clock and pick up first downs with his legs was the difference in a close battle with the Berlin Thunder.

Next week Edwards and the Musketeers will face off against the 5-1 Madrid Bravos in a highly anticipated Western Conference Matchup.
