Sunday, 15:00 CET: Keys to win - Surge vs Ravens
Alex Malchow

In a highly anticipated matchup the Stuttgart Surge will travel to the Bavarian capital to take on the 2nd seeded Munich Ravens for a chance to go to the championship game. The next chapter in this southern German rivalry will take place at 15:00 CET on Sunday August 31st.
Coaching adjustments:
This will be the third time that these teams have met this season. Munich was able to beat the Surge at home while the Surge defeated the Ravens in Stuttgart. It will be very interesting to see how Kendrall Ellison's Ravens come out against an experienced Surge team.
Malik Stanley vs the Surge secondary:
The veteran Ravens receiver needs to have a big game if the Ravens are hoping to get to the championship game for the first time ever. Stanley has the hands, skills, and speed to be a game breaker, even against maybe the best secondary in the ELF featuring Mitch Fettig and Raheem Wilson.
The rookie & the vet - QB Matchup
Russell Tabor has come into the 2025 season and stamped his name down emphatically as one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Tabor’s arm, dual threat ability, and clutch factor has been the driving factor for the great season in Munich.
On the other side, veteran Reilly Hennessey might be on his last ride as the Surge’s quarterback. The longtime international passer is less flashy but seems to always find a way to get his team a win.
