Stuttgart Surge sign massive offensive lineman Benhur Ayra
The Stuttgart Surge has re-signed Benhur Ayra, the heaviest player in the ELF, for his third season with the team.
The 29-year-old began his football career with the youth team of the Stuttgart Surge in 2011. He played for several seasons in the GFL, taking the field for the Stuttgart Scorpions, New Yorker Lions, and Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns, winning two German Bowls and a Eurobowl.
Ayra is a massive offensive lineman, standing at 1.95m and weighing 169kg. This upcoming season will be his third with the Surge, and fans are hopeful that his presence on the team will help them to finally win the championship.
