The Nordic Storm continue to secure key pieces of their roster. With the extension of tight end Oliver Tribler, the franchise brings back its third offensive player for the upcoming season. The 28-year-old Dane has been part of the European League of Football since 2024, playing first for the Fehérvár Enthroners before joining the Nordic Storm for the 2025 season.

Experience across Europe

By extending Tribler, the Storm add valuable experience to their offense. Tribler has played football in several European countries - including Germany, Hungary, Austria, and Denmark - and won the Danish Mermaid Bowl twice.

In 13 ELF games, he recorded 4 receptions for 57 yards, contributing as a reliable depth player and blocker in the Storm’s offensive system.

Building continuity on offense

Keeping Tribler on the roster provides the Nordic Storm with continuity and veteran presence as they prepare for the 2026 season. His experience, versatility, and familiarity with the team make him a steady piece for an offense looking to grow and improve in its second year.
