Rhein Fire QB Jadrian Clark: "It feels unbelievable"
The MVP of the ELF championship game Jadrian Clark had an excellent game completing 20 of 27 passes for 276 yards and three touchdowns in a decisive 51-20 win. His effcient play helped the Rhein Fire offense put up 536 yards marching up and down the field.
“It feels unbelievable, especially after all the adversity early on in the season, especially statistically. But those stats are for losers and trophies are for winners. We had so many guys contribute today."
Clark has led the Rhein Fire to back-to-back championship seasons, making league history. The veteran passer has been a vital part of the Rhein Fire’s success since joining them in 2022.
“We felt like we had to step up and score in the hurry, we were able to do that. The defense was able to get turnovers and give us the lead early.”
Clark has been a starting quarterback in three of the four ELF championship games. His first was in 2021 with the Hamburg Sea Devils as they fell just short to the Frankfurt Galaxy. Since then, Clark has won back-to-back championships with the Rhein Fire taking home both championship game MVP awards. The 30 year old has helped the Rhein Fire built a outstanding 28-1 record over the past two championship seasons.
