Rhein Fire comeback stuns Vikings in instant classic

The Vienna Vikings hosted the Rhein Fire in a rematch of thier week 3 game. The last time out the Vikings traveled to Duisburg and earned a hard fought win 12-7. This time the Rhein Fire responded knocking off one the the ELF's last undefeated teams on the road in this instant classic week 6 game.

The Rhein Fire pulled off an impressive upset against the previously undefeated Vienna no more Vienna Vikings.
Vienna had a chance to tie the game with under two minutes to go and had driven the length of the field, however an incomplete pass on 4th down ended their hopes of a come back win.
A clutch fourth quarter comeback
The Rhein Fire were able to climb to a 17-9 lead at the half. However, a strong comeback from the Vikings changed the game as they scored 116 unanswered points making the score 26-17 in the third quarter.
As it often does, the fourth quarter changed everything. A special teams touchdown and a defensive score were exactly what the Rhein Fire needed to claim a 7 point lead. When thier defense needed to step up the most they kept the Vikings out of the endzone on thier final drive.
The Rhein Fire now move to 3-2 on the season, while the Vikings take their first loss moving to 4-1
