Raiders Tirol add running back Tyrell Bovelle

The Raiders Tirol have announced the signing of British running back Tyrell Bovelle following his release from the Helvetic Mercenaries.

26-year-old Bovelle was a key part of the Mercenaries offense rushing for 271 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 9 catches for 102 yards  in 4 games.

The talented British running back brings experience from the UK and Germany playing for the New Yorker Lions in 2024 where he ran for  794 yards and six touchdowns in only 8 games. 

He now joins a loaded backfield in Tirol as the Raiders running back room features Lucas Haslwanter (518 yards) and Tobias Bonatti (346 yards). 

Bovelle hopes to help his team get a win this weekend as the Raiders take on the Rhein Fire at home in Tivoli Stadium.
