Raiders Ruben Seeber: "Great team performance"

For the Raiders, last weekend was one the cleanest games in a long time. Barcelona Dragons, on the other hand, were unable to find a way to hold their own against the extremely dominant Raiders Tirol. A score of 63-7 for the Raiders showed a fitting picture of the situation. The strong performance continued over four quarters. On the Raiders' offensive side, newly signed Kason Martin found his receiver Darion Chafin multiple times, who made impressive catches to gain a lot of space. Barcelona continued to struggle to find gaps in the defense - a deep pass out of nowhere led to a break: Lewis found Aaron David Perez, who was able to run in completely free for a touchdown. But it was just this time.

New faces in Tyrol

Barcelona made life difficult for themselves offensively with penalties and failed to score any points - conversely, the Raiders dominated: Tobias Bonatti, Toni Rabensteiner and Tim Tonko took the Tyroleans further and further towards the end zone more than one time, with the 18-year-old Tonko finally also scoring two touchdowns.

Defense dominated

Barcelona didn't get into the game, in contrast to the Raiders. Linebacker Ruben Seeber, having an interception by himself was happy with the Riaders effort: "It was a great team performance and we want to build on that. We know how to assess the game and it will be a tough fight next week. It's nice that the offense got rolling," Seeber said. For the Raiders, the next matchup is against the Munich Ravens.
