While the Stuttgart Surge and Rhein Fire are looking towards the start of the game on Sunday, both quarterbacks and head coaches shared their last thoughts in the annual pre-game press conference in the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena.

"Football in Europe is growing [...] it was always my dream to come back.", Jim Tomsula, head coach of Rhein Fire said. A dream where over 30.000 people will visit the final of the European League of Football tomorrow. "The way it is growing and people are investing their time, energy and passion, it's an honor to be a part of it."

"Really exciting"

For his opponent, Jordan Neuman, head coach of the Stuttgart Surge, the level of the game has gone up. "It's a great event for football in Europe. You just see it grow and grow and one of the biggest things I take away is the level of coaching, going against Coach Tomsula and Rhein Fire, the level of player that will be on the field, [...] over the last 10 years. To be a part of this game like this [...] is really exciting." Neuman explained.
