The Nordic storm continued to gather some of Sweden and Denmark’s top homegrown talent adding young running back and linebacker Alexander Kennedy Chaanhing.

National team talent

Chaanhing has played running back and linebacker for Sweden’s top prep program RIG Academy. The 185cm 95kg athlete has played for the Tyresö Royal Crowns as well as the Swedish national teams both at the senior and youth level. In 2023 he was named MVP of the game against Finland. 

The Swedish talent was recently looking to be recruited for college football in the USA and attended several camps. There he impressed athletically running a 4.5 40-yard dash. 

Expect to see Chaahing all of the field playing offense, defense, and special teams for a Nordic Storm team looking to continue his development.
