Munich Ravens sign RB Simon Homadi

The Munich Ravens continue to strengthen their running back corps following the departure of Tomiwa Oyewo. After re-signing young talent Benedikt Pohler and breakout star Justin Rodney, the team has now secured the services of Simon Homadi, who previously spent four seasons with the Hamburg Sea Devils.
A journey through German football
Homadi’s football journey began with the Hamburg Blue Devils from 2015 to 2017 before he moved to the United States in 2018 to play for the Western Reserve Academy Pioneers. Upon returning to Germany, he joined the Hamburg Young Huskies in 2019 and 2020 before making the jump to the European League of Football with the Hamburg Sea Devils in 2021.
An experienced ELF veteran
There are not many players who have been part of the ELF since its inaugural season and are still competing at the highest level in 2025. Homadi is one of those players. Throughout his ELF career, he has recorded 284 carries for 969 rushing yards and one touchdown.
After four seasons with the Sea Devils, Homadi is now taking on a new challenge in Munich. The Ravens have consistently had a strong rushing attack, and it will be exciting to see how Homadi contributes to their ground game in the upcoming season.
