“It feels amazing” - Cruickshank on ELF Award

Madrid Bravos wide receiver Aron Cruickshank had a season to remember in the European League of Football. After putting up record-breaking numbers, he was named Offensive Player of the Year at the ELF Honors. Speaking in an interview with First Down Magazine, Cruickshank reflected on his journey, his teammates, and what the future may hold.
Thankful for the journey
"To be honest it feels amazing," Cruickshank said after receiving the award. "I wouldn’t be here without God, I wouldn’t be here without Coach Andrew and I wouldn’t be here without the MVP, so I just wanna say thank you." His words showed how much he values the people around him and the role they played in his success.

Praise for Reid Sinnett
Cruickshank also highlighted the strong connection he built with his quarterback Reid Sinnett, who was crowned Most Valuable Player of the ELF season. "You know me and him been through a lot this year," Cruickshank explained. "I don’t care for no recognition, I got a reward already, it’s good, it’s just time to shine, so I was happy that he got his award that he deserved, you know what I’m saying?"
Looking ahead
While Cruickshank celebrated his personal award, he also spoke about his future in football. "I would love to stick around too, but whatever makes sense to my family is gonna make sense," he said. "I told everybody in the ELF that I am open to coming back, I’m very open to coming back."
A season to remember
Cruickshank’s numbers this season were among the best ever seen in the ELF, making him one of the league’s most exciting players. His award not only reflects his talent but also the bond he shares with his teammates in Madrid.
