Today is finally the day. The day that an entire season has been running towards: The ELF will have a new champion. A very special day, says Rhein Fire Head Coach Jim Tomsula, who is playing for the title with his team (Sunday, 15:30 CET). But that's not the only reason.

"I love the energy surrounded by the game", he revealed at the Rhein Fire pre-game party on Saturday. But it was not only a Rhein Fire party: "it's a total fan party, it's an ELF fan party." And the fan crowd was a colorful mix.

"All that people come together, have a place to meet, talk and have fun. That energy is awesome", said Tomsula. He continues: “It speaks to the ELF. It speaks to the fanbases. There are no hooligans, no craziness. We don’t need things like that. There are Berlin fans here, Frankfurt fans, Vienna fans, Stuttgart fans, and they are all in this area here: And they all have fun together and a great time. And that is what it is about.”
