Hamburg Sea Devils sign OL Oliver Roock

The Hamburg Sea Devils continue to make moves this off-season as they hope to improve from a disappointing 2024 season. This time new head coach Shuan Fatah's team adds some size to their offensive line signing Oliver Roock.

Roock bring size and experience at 193cm, and 135 KG to the offensive guard spot for the Sea Devils. The 25-year-old German has played for the Ritterhude Badgers and Oldenburg Knights. This year will be his first in the ELF. Rook commented on joining the Sea Devils:

"Playing for the Sea Devils is live a dream come true for me, I get to be part of amazing family that will strive for success."

Roock is one of several new players to join the Sea Devils as Shuan Fatah has been recruiting new talent for the 2025 season. Including Rook's 2024 teammate from the Oldenburg Knights Nils Munderloh.

Rook and Munderloh hope to be part of a group of new players that includes 3X DOPY Kyle Kitchens and running back Christian Kyei that hope to help change the culture and bring the Hamburg Sea Devils back to the playoffs in 2025.
