D-Line veteran Denis Butz stays in the European League of Football. Therefore, the 35-year-old is facing his fourth year in the league, with his third team.

He gave his ELF debut with the Raiders Tirol in 2022. After another season with the team from Austria, Butz joined Frankfurt Galaxy in 2024. Overall, he can look back on 25 ELF games, recording 48 tackles, including five tackles for loss, six sacks and a recovered fumble.

Before his time in the ELF, the German national player worked for the Prague Lions, Munich Cowboys and Munich Rangers. From 2017 till 2021 he played for the Swarco Raiders Tirol. Before the team joined the ELF, Butz won three Austrian championships and also the Central European Football championship.

Now he opens a new chapter with the Hamburg Sea Devils.
