Hamburg Sea Devils find Andersen-successor: Eric Schlomm signs with the franchise

Kicker and punter Eric Schlomm will join the Hamburg Sea Devils next season. The 30-year-old half-Spaniard was last under contract for two years in second highest German division with the Lübeck Cougars, where he secured the title of "Special Teams MVP". Before football, the Lübeck, northern Germany, native played soccer for 20 years as agoal keeper. You can see some similarities to Andersen who also played goalie in soccer.
