Felix Pahl
The Raiders Tirol continue to shape their staff for the 2026 season, announcing Max Kössler as their new Offensive Coordinator. Kössler joins head coach Shuan Fatah and brings a strong résumé as one of Europe’s most respected coaches.
Proven experience across Europe
Kössler has built an impressive coaching career, having worked for multiple top organizations such as the Vienna Vikings and the Paris Musketeers. At each stop, he made a notable impact on the development and performance of the players under his guidance.
After serving as the wide receivers coach for the Vienna Vikings in 2025, he now takes the next step in his coaching journey as the offensive leader in Innsbruck.
Head coach Shuan Fatah expressed his excitement about bringing Kössler on board: "We’ve had some great battles over the years, but also great times together with the Austrian National Team. I value him highly - as a coach and as a person - and I’m excited he’s now part of our team. He was clearly my top choice."
