Fire place ELF veteran Jordan Bouah on IR

Rhein Fire will have to continue the 2025 season without wide receiver Jordan Bouah, who has been placed on injured reserve. The veteran pass-catcher, who has played in the European League of Football since 2022, is now sidelined due to injury.

Experienced receiver out indefinitely

Bouah appeared in two games this season, recording 27 receiving yards. However, he has not suited up since the game against the Vienna Vikings. With Rhein Fire already struggling to find consistency on offense early in the season, losing Bouah is another setback for the reigning champions.

The team has not yet announced if they plan to sign a replacement. For now, Fire will look to fill the gap internally as they prepare for the second half of the season.
