Enthroners: Huge roster turnover after disappointing season start

The new ELF season has not gone according to plan for the Fehérvár Enthroners. The Hungarian side has lost its first three games and most recently suffered a 3-43 defeat against Berlin Thunder.

Still, the Enthroners want to stay competitive and used the bye week to make some important roster changes. Two new E-Spot players have been added to the squad, alongside with a potential difference maker for the offensive line.

The focus was clearly on improving the lines, as two of the three new key additions play either on the offensive or defensive line.

Replacement for Laurynas Orlovicius

Sam Orji will look to improve the offensive line. The Nigerian native brings a lot of good traits for the position and was part of the NFL's International Pathway Program. As the Enthroners are his first professional football team, he will play as a homegrown player and not count against the rules for foreign players.

On the other side of the ball, British native Ange Michel Steven Malan will look to improve the defensive line. The 22-year old last played for the Edinburgh Napier Nights.

Panamanian native Ezra Francis Forbes Trudo improves the linebacker position. The 24-year old last played for the Varsity Fighting Owls in Panama.

The Enthroners had one E-Spot open, which is now taken. Another E-Spot was made available, due to the injury to defensive liner Laurynas Orlovicius, who was put on IR. The other two spots on the roster have been opened up via wide receiver Samuel Bhoedjang (released) and wide receiver Kiss-Prumik Attila (season-ending injury)
