Cologne Centurions will not retain Christos Lambropoulos as head coach

The Cologne Centurions make several significant changes to their staff for the upcoming season. While David Drane will step down as the team’s athletic director, there are plenty of coaches leaving as well.

First of all, Christos Lambropoulos will not be the Centurions’ head coach in 2024. The Greek, who was originally signed as offensive coordinator, took over the team as the interim head coach before the season, but won’t get another shot after finishing the year 4-8.

Besides him, Defensive Coordinator Javan Lenhardt, who has been with the team for three seasons, offensive line coach Jason Tillery and running backs coach Glynn Mansfeld, will not be with the team for the upcoming season.
