Bundeswehr becomes Official Career Partner of the European League of Football

Together in search of active support!

In the future, the European League of Football and the Bundeswehr will increasingly focus on jointly recruiting qualified specialists for their diverse tasks. As one of Germany's largest employers, the Bundeswehr is always on the lookout for talented and committed people who want to serve their country. It is now acting as the Official Career Partner of Europe's largest football league and continues to be the presenter of the “Pre-Game Ceremony” at this year's Championship Game.

"We are proud to present the Bundeswehr as a reliable career partner for motivated professionals," explains Zeljko Karajica, CEO of the European League of Football. "Both in football and in the Bundeswehr, it is a task to identify and promote the best talents to ensure that a team functions at its best. As the largest exhibitor, they will also be supporting us in the Championship Game next season."

"With its broad spectrum of professional fields, the Bundeswehr not only offers attractive career opportunities, but also first-class training programs and opportunities for further education - just as the ELF offers first-class football. From technical experts to medical personnel to logistics specialists - the Bundeswehr offers a wide range of opportunities for people with different backgrounds and interests," says Marvin Euteneuer, lieutenant in the Bundeswehr specialized in event marketing. He concludes: "The cooperation between the ELF and the Bundeswehr offers both sides the opportunity to focus attention on vocation and sport."

In order to inform potential applicants about the wide range of opportunities in the Bundeswehr, it regularly organizes events, job fairs and information events throughout Germany. The Bundeswehr's career mobile was already part of the Championship Games in Duisburg last September. Interested parties can obtain information and advice at any time via the Bundeswehr's official website or directly from one of the numerous career advisors: www.bundeswehrkarriere.de

The European League of Football kicks off its fourth season on May 25. With Berlin Thunder, Hamburg Sea Devils, the reigning champion Rhein Fire, Frankfurt Galaxy, Cologne Centurions, Stuttgart Surge, Munich Ravens (Germany), Paris Musketeers (France), Milano Seamen (Italy), Raiders Tirol, Vienna Vikings (Austria), Panthers Wroclaw (Poland), Madrid Bravos, Barcelona Dragons (both Spain), Prague Lions (Czech Republic), Fehérvár Enthroners (Hungary) and a Swiss franchise, 17 teams from nine nations will enter the race.

Their goal: the 2024 Championship Game on September 22 at FC Schalke 04's VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen. And spectators can already look forward to it: the Bundeswehr will also be taking part again!
