Bravos bounce back with big win vs Helvetic

Week 3 of the European League of Football is here! We already saw a lot of highlights in the first two weeks of the season. Here is a recap of the final Saturday game of Week 3.

Helvetic Mercenaries vs Madrid Bravos

Score: 35-47

The Madrid Bravos jumped out to a 27-0 lead in the second quarter. The Bravos' passing game was excellent as quarterback Reid Sinnett threw for 5 touchdowns and 285 yards. Madrid also ran the ball using a variety of running backs finishing the game with 183 yards rushing. 

Overall, the Bravos defense smothered the Mercenaries and was especially strong on third downs as Helvetic was only able to convert 2 third downs. 

This game was huge for the Bravos as they bounce back from last week’s defeat to the Galaxy with an impressive win.
