Bart Iaccarino resigns as the Barcelona Dragons general manager. The team was informed by the official last week that he wanted to step back as the general manager. The board of the Dragons is now looking for someone new for their front office. "From the Barcelona Dragons we want to thank Bart Iaccarino for the work dedicated to the franchise all these years. The Management board has accepted the resignation presented a few days ago by the current General Manager.", the Dragons write on social media.

Iaccarino was the GM in all three years since joining and starting the European League of Football. The Dragons reached the playoffs once in three years, failing against the Vienna Vikings under former head coach Andrew Weidinger in 2022.
