Stuttgart Surge sign French running back Chris Voumbo

The Stuttgart Surge announced the signing of French running back Chris Voumbo to their roster for the 2022 season.

The 180cm tall and 102kg heavy running back lastly played for the Las Rozas Black Demons in Madrid, Spain, and now joins the Stuttgart Surge in the European League of Football.

Voumbo started to play American football in 2016 for the d’Asniéres before he switched teams to play for the Flash La Courneuve in France.

The shifty running back will be a great asset to the Surge offense because of his experience at wide receiver and on special teams.
