With Platzgummer as QB: Raiders too good for Centurions

Week 3 of the European League of Football is here! We already saw a lot of highlights in the first two weeks of the season. Here is a recap of the second game of Week 3.
Raiders Tirol at Cologne Centurions
Score: 68-0
With a temporary quarterback, but without any trouble: The Raiders Tirol beat the Cologne Centurions on Saturday easily. As main quarterback Connor Miller will have to take at least three weeks off after his injury from the last game, captain Adrian Platzgummer once again took on the role of playmaker - as he did against the Helvetic Mercenaries.
The Austrian franchise established dominance early, leading 45–0 at halftime. Running back Tobias Bonatti contributed significantly on the ground with over 100 ruhsing yards for a second week in a row. Overall, the Raiders amassed 362 total yards, including 208 rushing yards; in the first half alone!
The Centurions struggled offensively, managed only 40 total yards in the first half while throwing three interceptions. Quarterback Leuker completed 2 of 9 passes for 20 yards, and the team’s rushing attack was limited to 11 yards in the first half with no points on the board. Despite trying to get back into the game during the second half, the deficit from the first half proved to be too much to turn around against a dominating Raiders defense.
Adrian Platzgummer: "I think it was a good performance from everyone and we can be quite satisfied. It was a big change for me - the preparation was completely different and I haven't been this nervous for a long time. It was an unfamiliar situation."
This victory propels the Raiders Tirol closer to be in the playoff conversations this season after a 2-1 start!
