Giovanni Nanguy is excited about his new challenge: "I am thrilled to join Paris because I get to play at home […]. I am also excited about this new challenge and of course, I want to help the French franchise build a name for itself. Our goal is to compete and win. […] I can’t wait to get to work."

His new head coach Marc Mattioli is happy to bring in such an athlete: "I am very excited to welcome Giovanni to our team. Giovanni has been a difference maker in this league for the last two years and is a great addition to our defensive front. He is a defensive end that can play in all situations because he is effective against the run as well as rushing the passer. […] He also has a wealth of experience, which allows him to have a great feel for what opposing offenses are trying to do. He is a mature guy off the field who has good leadership skills. I have really enjoyed getting to know Giovanni over the last few months. I am very pleased to have him on our team."
Before joining the European League of Football, Nanguy played for the Les Aigles Rouges, Elmshorn Fighting Pirates, Aix-en-Provence Argonautes, Lübeck Cougars, Spartiates d’Amiens and Léopards de Rouen. A veteran to be able to make a difference.
