A physical and athletic defensive back will join the Barcelona Dragons this summer. Former Division I player Shawn Wilson has signed with the Spanish franchise and has the chance to have a great impact on the Dragons defense.

During his collegiate career at Oregon State University, Wilson recorded 140 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, eleven pass deflections, and three interceptions.

The California-born playmaker will now join the Barcelona Dragons on the biggest stage for American Football in Europe.

With other talented defensive backs like Niko Lester, Andy Vera, and linebacker Alex Gonzalez Posito suiting up for the Dragons defense in 2022, the Spanish franchise adds yet another playmaker in Wilson.
