The new ELF season kicks off in around five months - and the teams' opponents have already been announced. Frankfurt Galaxy want to be optimally prepared for the start of the season and are finalizing their next signing. 

Daniel Bartmann extends his contract until 2025. The defensive end has been playing for the Galaxy since 2023. In his ELF rookie year, he was primarily used as a backup. Bartmann only played three games, but showed potential. 

The Homegrown worked hard and earned himself a starting spot. In 2024, he played all season games, nine of them as a starter. The 27-year-old collected 42 tackles, including 11.5 for loss and five sacks. The D-lineman also forced a fumble and also recovered one.

Bartmann is already the third deal the Galaxy have made for their defensive line. DT Jahn Jesus Lara Perez and DE Marvin Pinter were previously signed.
