Rhein Fire extend former NFL head coach Jim Tomsula for 2023 season
The Rhein Fire announced the extension of head coach Jim Tomsula for the 2023 season!
As announced by the Rhein Fire, former NFL head coach Jim Tomsula will stay with the franchise for their second season in the European League of Football in 2023.
This year, Tomsula is still looking to fight for a spot in the playoffs with his 6-4 team. Tomsula himself knows to well about winning as a former head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and defensive line coach for the formerly Washington Redskins (now Commanders) and Dallas Cowboys.
Back in 2006, Tomsula was hired by the Rhein Fire in the NFL Europe as their head coach. He returned to his old stamping grounds in 2022 and now stays for another season in 2023!
