More signings for Hamburg Sea Devils
The Hamburg Sea Devils are continuing to work on their roster for the upcoming season. In the last few weeks, the team from northern Germany has already announced a number of signings and contract extensions. But there is still more to come.
On the one hand, Felix Lepper will strengthen the Sea Devils' offensive line. The 22-year-old can play both offensive tackle and guard. The homegrown player played two seasons for the Berlin Thunder. Before that, he wore the jerseys of the Leipzig Kings, Fork Union Military Academy and the Göttingen Generals.
"I'm thankful for the opportunity and beyond excited to play with the Hamburg Sea Devils in 2025. I'll come ready and prepared to make great things happen with this franchise and give something back to the fans. Can't wait to meet everyone and go to work!" said Lepper about his move.
The franchise has also extended the contract with fullback Jannis Evers. The 32-year-old already spent last season in Hamburg.
"Last season was anything but easy, but I'm sure that with the right adjustments we can achieve great things", says Evers. He adds: "I can't wait to get to work with the boys, give my best and grow beyond ourselves together with everyone. It's time to finally make us and our fans proud again.”
Evers began his football career with the Wild Sharks Vechta. After five years, he moved to Zeven Northern United for two years. Before joining the Sea Devils in 2024, he played for the Osnabrück Tigers for eight years.
