East Division stars go on injured reserve

© Petra KutasiSome bad news out of the Eastern Division as both the Vienna Vikings and the Fehérvár Enthroners will have to move key players to the Injured reserve list meaning they will miss at least three weeks.
Vikings RB Karri Pajarinnen - IR
The All-Star running back will be out for at least short term with the Vikings after suffering a shoulder injury last week. The Finnish running back ran for over 1K yards last year and hopes to be able to come back later this season to help the Vikings get back to the title game.
He will unfortunately miss the championship game rematch this Sunday as the Vikings take on the Rhein Fire. Backups Benjamin Liedlbauer and Florian Wegen stepped up at the running back spot for Vienna last week combining for 185 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Replacing Pajarinnen as a E import is former NFL linebacker Aaron Donkor. The German pass rusher was a All-Star last season and will face his former team the Rhein Fire this Sunday wearing purple.
Enthroners QB1 Brock Domann - IR
The Fehérvár Enthroners will have to plan without starting quarterback Brock Domann who goes on IR. The replacement for the Enthroners will be Hungarian national team quarterback Maté Hegedus who has started several games for the Enthroners in the past.
The Enthroners will play the Prague Lions this Saturday at 15:00 CET.
