Paris Musketeers sign Italian international Félix Proulx

After changing their name to Paris Musketeers, the next signing is on its way to the French capital city.

The Paris Musketeers have signed defensive back Yoan Félix Kelassah Proulx to their 2023 roster. The 23 year old Italian has previously played for the Parma Panthers under head coach Marc Mattioli, winning the Italian championship in 2021. At 1,85 m and 84 kg, Proulx also won the European championship with the Italian national team in 2021.

Musketeers clocking in

While things have been a bit quiet around the Musketeers roster since January, the Paris franchise now seems to be revving up. Proulx joins Stanley Zeregbe, Dauson Dales or Amir Kilani on a defense that still has some question marks at the moment. The Musketeers still have time to put their team together. For most teams, OTAs start in April and then the preseason really kicks off in May. Then also the imports, including Félix Proulx are allowed to participate in the training.

Head Coach Marc Mattioli: "I am very excited about Felix joining our team. I coached Felix for the last two years in Parma and have seen him grow as a player and person in that time. He has great size, length, and speed."

The Western Conference certainly got more interesting with this signing.
