Wrocław Panthers extend head coach Dave Christensen until 2025

After a successful 2023 regular season, the Wrocław Panthers are extending Dave Christensen’s contract for another two seasons. The 62-year-old has led the Polish powerhouse to an 8-4 regular season record and a playoff berth in his first season, after taking the head coaching job in November of 2022.

The college football veteran is happy to stay at his first European team: “I’m excited to continue as the head coach of the Panthers Wrocław for the next two years. When I took this job in November, I had one goal – to win a championship. After our first season together, we are in the final 6 and look forward to the playoffs. We have made great strides in our first season together, but nobody in our organization is satisfied. We look forward to building Panthers Wrocław into the top organization and team in the European League of Football. We are not going away!”
