Wróclaw Panthers begin preparation for 2025
The Wróclaw Panthers have been active this off-season making several moves to build toward 2025 as they hope to get back in the playoffs following a 6-6 record in 2024.
Head coach Craig Kuligoski will remain the head coach after taking over half-way through last season. Offensive coordinator Greg Studrawa will be a new face calling the plays for the Panthers this season.
A Defensive player of the year nominee and the Special teams player of year will return to Wróclaw after phenomenal 20204 seasons. Defensive star AJ Wentland comes back for his second year in Wroclaw as their middle linebacker. Meanwhile, Devan Burrell re-signs with the Panthers as well after 892 yards and 4 touchdowns as a returner.

Demarcus “DJ” Irons will be the Panthers quarterback in 2025. The ELF “rookie” is a physical presence at 1.93cm and 100 kg. The big bodied passer recently finished his D1 college career at Akron. THere he showed off the ability to run and pass, throwing for 4,219 yards and while adding 825 on the ground. His dual threat ability could be an asset that the Panthers build around next summer.
Some questions that remain for the Polish squad is who will be their other American imports? As they have one defensive and one offensive spot remaining. Also will they be able to retain the talented Dawid Brzozowski? The speedy homegrown polish ball carrier was a huge part of their offense last season rushing for 1,119 yards and 8 touchdowns last season.
Some good news for the Panthers is the signing of 2021 DROY Turkish defensive back Atilla Isik, who aims to help a secondary that struggled at times last season.
