However, one player shone the brightest: Matthew McKay.

McKay delivered an outstanding 278 passing yards and three touchdowns through the air, but his contributions didn’t stop there. He also excelled on the ground with 97 rushing yards and even caught a pass for a touchdown! With such a strong performance, McKay was clearly the best player of the day.

McKay shines this season

So far this season, McKay has been putting up impressive numbers. In just five games, he has racked up 1,291 passing yards and 9 touchdowns. Thanks to his dual-threat ability, his rushing stats are equally impressive, with 414 rushing yards and three touchdowns over the same five games. After the game against the Bravos, he can now add a receiving touchdown to his stats as well.
