US import with NFL experience stays: Munich Ravens keep Darius Saint-Robinson

The Munich Ravens are keeping defensive back and return specialist Darius Saint-Robinson and are thus relying on the vast experience of the US American, who was the very first player the Bavarian franchise signed in its team history.

Sean Shelton, Director Sports of the Munich Ravens: "Darius is one of the most experienced and talented players in Europe. We are looking forward to him being healthy again and fully ready to attack."

"Honored to be able to play"

Darius Saint-Robinson: "I am honored to be able to play for the Munich Ravens again next season together with my brothers. The management and the organization have kept their faith in me even after my injury that slowed me down the whole year 2023. There aren't many places where you get that kind of love. I'm very grateful for the opportunity that Head Coach Kendral Ellison and Coach Kent Flanders have given me. To the fans, we're going to give you a show: The energy in Bavaria is at the next level, you guys deserve it!"

Saint-Robinson (32) was only able to play a single game in the Munich Ravens' debut season due to injury. However, the American has been one of the best and most reliable US imports in European football for several years.

From the NFL to the ELF

The former professional of the NFL team Buffalo Bills is already entering his fourth season in the European League of Football. Before moving to Munich, he played for the Wrocław Panthers for two years.

During his time in Poland, Saint-Robinson had 59 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions, 11 pass break-ups, 2 forced fumbles, 1 recovered fumble and a strong 3 defensive return touchdowns. He also shined as a dangerous returner, with 1,077 kickoff return yards and a touchdown on 42 kickoff returns and 26 punt returns for 299 yards and a touchdown.
