Sea Devils place QB Jaylen Tregle on injured reserve

The Hamburg Sea Devils are facing yet another challenge at the quarterback position. After the injury of starter Micah Leon, the team brought in Jaylen Tregle to take over. Unfortunately, his time on the field was cut short.
A tough debut cut short
Tregle suffered a shoulder injury in his very first game against the Stuttgart Surge and will not return for the remainder of the season. In that game, he completed 8 of 26 passes for 83 yards but also threw three interceptions. On the ground, he added 42 rushing yards on six carries, showing glimpses of his athletic ability before being sidelined.

What’s next for Hamburg?
With only two games left in the regular season, it is still unclear who will take over as the Sea Devils’ quarterback. The team now faces the tough task of regrouping and finishing the season strong despite the setback.
