Rhein Fire re-sign homegrown All-Star Jason Chikere
Rhein Fire have re-signed defensive tackle Jason Chikere for the 2024 season. The 1,90m and 133kg defensive lineman helped the team to reach and win the Championship Game in September with a 1st Team All-Star performance. Having played for the Dortmund Giants, Cologne Crocodiles and New Mexico Military Institute, Chikere was a force of nature, developing into one of the most reliable defensive tackles in the ELF. Since the start of the off-season, Chikere is the fifth defensive player being re-signed after Flamur Simon, Marius Kensy, Omari Williams and Till Janssen.
