The Tirol Raiders are strengthening their defensive line. Diego Paz, a young Spanish player, has signed for the upcoming season.

"Diego is a young and highly competitive athlete with outstanding athletic abilities", explains Raiders General Manager Ulz Däuber the move. "I know for a fact that he will maximize his potential under the leadership of our NFL coaching staff. I can’t wait to see him make plays", Däuber continues.

"Extremely grateful for the trust of the staff in being able to give me the opportunity to play with the Raiders family", says Paz. He adds: "I can’t wait to start building the 2025 season and give the 100% with my brothers on and off the field"

Most recently, Paz played for the Madrid Bravos. Here, he took on a back-up role and made 13 tackles last season, including three for loss and a sack. Before his time with the Bravos, he played for the Seinäjoki Crocodiles in Finland and gained another year of ELF experience with the Barcelona Dragons.

Paz began his career with the Las Rosas Black Deamons in his home country of Spain.
