Raiders Tirol re-sign defensive lineman Denis Butz

As the Raiders Tirol prepare for their third season in the European League of Football, they present defensive lineman Denis Butz as their second signing of the off-season. The 34-year-old German veteran is in the Raiders organization since 2017, having played for the Prague Lions or Munich Cowboys previously. In the 2023 season, Denis Butz was sidelined due to a syndesmosis injury after game six.

Denis Butz is eager to show his comeback qualities in 2024: "I am grateful to have been a Raider for so long. Even after the personnel changes in the franchise, I stand firmly behind my team in 2024 and look forward to the season under Coach Herrmann and his staff. I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank Coach Herron and Coach Callahan for the years and wish them all the best for the future."
